Built in traditional architecture on one level, villa Amancaya extends over several bungalows around a central building, all facing the breathtaking view. The primary living space is a spacious room furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa surrounding a wooden table, offering a delightful setting for moments gazing at the magnificent ocean view. Warm tones of carpets and cushions complement the furniture. The covered terrace houses the dining area under a mansard ceiling, featuring a large table, chairs, and soft benches. The well-equipped kitchen is suited for preparing delicious meals or for the option of hiring a private chef.

The Location

Villa Amancaya enjoys a strategically convenient location on the island of Saint Barthelemy. Situated just 8 minutes away from the charming village of St-Jean and a mere 10 minutes from the bustling hub of Gustavia, guests have easy access to both the tranquil and lively aspects of the island. The proximity to the airport, a mere 8 minutes, ensures a swift and hassle-free arrival and departure experience. For dining options, a variety of restaurants are a short 5-minute drive away, while grocery stores can be reached within 8 minutes, providing practical convenience for stocking up on essentials. The villa’s immediate surroundings are graced by the pristine shores of Anse des Cayes and Saint-Jean, offering guests the opportunity to revel in the beauty of Saint Barthelemy’s beaches just a stone’s throw away.

The Bedrooms

The vacation home Amancaya boasts five spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms, each adorned in a refined Balinese style. Two of these bedrooms are situated in the main building, featuring king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms, and direct access to the swimming pool and garden. Another two bedrooms are located in a separate bungalow, offering king-size beds and private bathrooms. The fifth bedroom at the rear of the villa provides a garden view and an en-suite bathroom. It comprises two twin beds and two single beds on the mezzanine. Additionally, an ajoupa close to the swimming pool houses the fitness room, equipped with a massage table, elliptical trainer, and treadmill.

The covered terrace extends to a large, heated swimming pool surrounded by a wooden deck and numerous loungers, offering the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the St. Barths sun. An ajoupa near the pool hosts a fitness room equipped with a massage table, elliptical trainer, and treadmill, providing an additional element of luxury to the outdoor experience.

Services

Guests benefit from dedicated concierge assistance available seven days a week, a personalized meet and greet at the island port or airport, and an escort to your villa. Upon arrival, guests have welcome amenities, personalised check-in and check-out, and daily maid service (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Additionally, we take care of pool maintenance and gardening and supply household linens, bath towels, and beach towels. Plus, you’ll receive preferential reservations at restaurants and assistance with booking excursions and activities.
