The Design
Created by celebrated architect Robertson “Happy” Ward, known for his work on the iconic La Samanna Hotel, Villa Beaulieu is a showcase of timeless mid-century Caribbean architecture. The design reflects Ward’s belief that architecture should enhance social connection and harmony with nature. The villa’s layout and materials were chosen to create a sense of openness, calm, and understated sophistication. Its flowing spaces, natural light, and organic finishes make every corner feel warm, inviting, and effortlessly elegant.
Indoors
Inside, the villa captures the essence of indoor-outdoor Caribbean living. A spacious double living room opens to a formal dining area framed by graceful arches, while large doors and windows bring in sea breezes and sunlight throughout the day.
