The Villa
Approximately ten thousand square feet of living space unfold across contemporary Caribbean architecture, arranged so that the sea is present in almost every principal room. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open through the length of the villa, and wide terraces step down toward the water. Interiors are quiet and considered, finished in pale stone, natural timbers, and linen, with bespoke detailing throughout.
The living and dining areas flow into one another and out onto the terrace, where a private swimming pool sits on an elevated deck at the edge of the sand. The pool is framed by the horizon rather than by walls, and the beach is reached in a few short steps.
Accommodation
Blue Lagoon has five en-suite bedrooms in total. Four ocean-facing suites, including the primary bedroom, sit within the main residence, each with sea views and a spa-inspired bathroom. A separate one-bedroom guest cottage stands slightly apart from the main house, offering an additional retreat for extended family, personal staff, or guests who prefer a quieter corner of the property. Every room is air-conditioned and dressed in fine linens.
Service
The villa is fully staffed. A private chef, butler, and housekeeping team are on hand throughout the stay, with a level of discretion suited to guests who prefer to be looked after without being observed. Arrival instructions are sent in advance of the trip, and the wider Simply Islands team is available every day of the week should anything be needed.

Blue Lagoon offers seclusion without distance. Holetown lies a few minutes away, with its restaurants, boutique shops, and long-established beach clubs. The championship courses at Sandy Lane, Royal Westmoreland, and Apes Hill are all within comfortable reach, and the wider west coast sits within an easy drive.
Good to Know
Guests must be at least twenty-one years of age to book. The property is offered exclusively to those named on the reservation. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa, and events, parties, or amplified noise after ten in the evening are respectfully declined in consideration of neighbouring residences. Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning arising during their stay. Pets are not accommodated.
