The Location

This vacation villa rental boasts eight bedrooms, each accompanied by a bathroom featuring outdoor showers. The bedrooms are thoughtfully spread across multiple levels, with four situated above the villa and accessible via an external staircase, while the other four are located on the lower level. Furnished with king-size four-poster beds adorned with light sheers or twin beds and one bedroom featuring three single beds, ideal for children, each room offers a comfortable and private sanctuary. The bedrooms also feature lovely terraces that open onto the breathtaking panorama of Gustavia harbour and the surrounding garden adorned with palm trees.

Indoors

Built over several levels on the hillside, Villa Fabrizia ensures a serene and welcoming interior. The main level hosts a living room adorned with soft sofas and a cosy dining area, complemented by a fully-equipped kitchen ideal for catering private events with the assistance of a chef. A second lounge, open to both the front and back, invites guests to enjoy cocktails in the gentle Caribbean breeze. Guests benefit from dedicated concierge assistance available seven days a week, a personalized meet and greet at the island port or airport, and an escort to your villa. Upon arrival, guests have welcome amenities, personalized check-in and check-out, and daily maid service (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Additionally, we take care of pool maintenance and gardening and supply household linens, bath towels, and beach towels. Plus, you’ll receive preferential reservations at restaurants and assistance with booking excursions and activities.
