The architecture speaks in a language of restraint: high ceilings, large windows and muted, earthy palettes throughout that absorb the light rather than competing with it. Rich textures, premium materials and a collection of unique artworks give each space its own character without departing from the overall register of quiet luxury.
The estate comprises the main house, a standalone principal suite, a self-contained two-bedroom guesthouse and two further independent courtyard bedrooms — an arrangement that gives large groups both connection and genuine privacy, with every building oriented toward the sea.
The Location

The main gathering space is the social heart of Footprints — an exquisitely decorated open-plan room that connects a modern kitchen and bar, a dining area for sixteen and a relaxed seating arrangement, opening directly onto the pool terrace through motorised screens that extend the living space outward at will.
A separate commercial-grade kitchen runs alongside for the exclusive use of the resident chef, keeping the social kitchen free for the informal moments of the day.
A media room with Smart TV and Apple TV provides a dedicated space for film evenings; a spa treatment room with massage and hair salon facilities offers something rarer still. The fully equipped gym — with multiple cardio and strength options — and the automated mosquito control system complete an interior infrastructure that has been considered in unusual depth.

The pool terrace is the daytime centre of gravity at Footprints. Motorised screens extend the covered living areas as required. Services
Two butlers, a private chef and a dedicated housekeeping team are included throughout the stay, alongside a personal concierge and a complimentary round-trip luxury airport transfer. The chef works across both kitchens — commercial and social — depending on the scale and formality of the occasion.
