Location
Mullins Beach is one of the most popular beaches on the west coast of Barbados. There are many opportunities for water sports on Mullins Beach, with carefully roped-off areas to ensure the safety of beachgoers.
The beach bar is a great spot to grab a drink, snack or lunch during the day or to drop by later on for a romantic sunset dinner or nightcap.

The Bedrooms
Mullins Mill can host parties of up to 16 in 8 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms; two bedrooms are in the main house (one at the top of the mill), 2 in the adjacent ridge side cottage, and four more in the gate cottages on the grounds. The two bedrooms in the main house are the primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom, and the second has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. The cottages all have twin beds that can convert to king beds, and all have ensuite bathrooms.
Outdoors
The property has a ridge-side infinity swimming pool with a cabana and separate Jacuzzi located a short walk through the tropical gardens (about 100 yards) and tennis court. In addition, guests use the owner’s private beach cabana right on the famous Gibbs Beach as a private beach facility (just a 5-minute drive from Mullins Mill).
The Staff
The property is run by experienced staff who will do everything to make your holiday a memorable one; the chef skillfully prepares local delights. Chef – Prepares 3 meals per day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner and Cook – On the chef’s day off prepares 2 meals: breakfast & lunch. This property is the perfect location for exotic, tropical weddings and special occasions, in which case a venue fee will apply.
