Luxury Villa Holiday – Porters Villa
Porters Villa, formerly the old carriage house, has been transformed into a stunning one-story retreat that blends authentic coral stone and original architecture with a modern wing for added space. As you approach the villa, an inviting recessed entry welcomes you, leading to a cosy yet chic and contemporary interior.
The living room exudes comfort with its modern décor, featuring a large sectional sofa, a study table, and cable television. From there, you enter the newer wing of the home, which encompasses the dining room, kitchen, and two additional bedrooms. The dining area steals the spotlight with its quasi-rustic charm, boasting a magnificent metalwork chandelier, marble floors, and an open-air atmosphere that merges with a small garden through a wall of wooden shutters.
Flowing seamlessly from the dining room, the corridor leads to the other two bedrooms in one direction and the villa’s entrance in the other, adorned with a wrought iron gate and a picturesque garden featuring an elevated lily pond. With high ceilings and intricate woodwork, the dining room offers optimal ventilation.
The modern and spacious kitchen delights with its marble floors, quartz countertops, island, double and single sinks, stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher and espresso machine), tableware, and abundant natural light streaming through a wall of windows. A convenient laundry room is just off the kitchen, completing the well-appointed space.
The Bedrooms
The original wing of the home comprises the primary suite and the living room, both of which have tiled floors and large windows that create a vibrant, sunlit ambience. The master features a king bed, air-conditioning, a fan, an en-suite bathroom with single vanity, a glass-walled shower, and a secondary entrance leading to a hallway with a large closet and a smaller linen closet. The master also offers verdant views of the villa’s gardens and driveway.
The remaining two bedrooms are identical, with walk-in closets and en-suite bathrooms with single vanities and glass-wall showers. Twin beds can convert to king beds, and stunning unobstructed views of the Porters estate’s signature mahogany grove through large double doors.
Outdoors
During your stay at the villa, you will have exclusive access to the estate’s magnificent swimming pool and state-of-the-art gym facilities. Dive into the inviting pool waters, perfect for a refreshing swim or simply lounging by the poolside, soaking up the warm Caribbean sun.
