The Villa
Queen’s Fort Pavilion blends timeless West Coast heritage with the comfort and quiet refinement of a modern Caribbean home. The main house unfolds in a single elegant rhythm, with reception, dining, and living spaces flowing through to a covered terrace and open-air lounge, and a sweep of pool deck beyond. The five en suite bedrooms occupy the western wing, each finished with the same considered attention to privacy and rest.
The grounds are fully enclosed by solid walls and secure electric gates, framed by mature palms and landscaped gardens, with a private gym and a dedicated yoga and meditation space tucked inside the perimeter. From October 2026, a separate two-bedroom guest cottage will open within the grounds, offering additional accommodation while preserving the privacy of the main house.
The Location
The villa sits within Queens Fort, a discreet community along Barbados’ famed West Coast and one of the island’s most established luxury enclaves. Two private beach access points lead through to the calm, protected sands of Queens Fort and Old Queens Fort, both well suited to swimming and slower walks at sunset. The coastline here has recently been enhanced, restoring the stretch to its quiet best.
The villa is within easy reach of the West Coast’s finest restaurants, beach clubs, and golf, and a short drive from Holetown for boutique shopping, galleries, and evening dining.
The Bedrooms
Queen’s Fort Pavilion accommodates up to fourteen guests across seven bedrooms — five in the main house, with two further bedrooms opening in the guest cottage from October 2026. All bedrooms in the main house are air-conditioned, en suite, and finished for comfort and quiet.

Indoors

An air-conditioned media room sits back from the main living space, offering a cooler, quieter retreat for afternoons indoors or evenings spent watching a film together.
Finishes throughout balance the villa’s heritage with the comfort of a contemporary home, with generous lounging space and a layout that suits both family stays and larger gatherings of friends.
Outdoors
The pool deck stretches behind the house, framed by mature palms and furnished with sun loungers for long, slow afternoons in the sun. Covered alfresco dining sits to one side of the terrace, with an open-air lounge to the other, and the verandah’s ceiling fans keep the air moving through the hottest part of the day.
The grounds hold an equipped private gym and a dedicated yoga and meditation space, with the entire garden enclosed by solid walls and electric gates for complete privacy. A short stroll along the beach path leads to the villa’s two private access points to the sea.
