The Villa
Turquoise Villa is a study in considered simplicity. Clean lines, contemporary architecture and an instinctive lightness of touch characterise this four-bedroom residence in the Leeward neighbourhood of Grace Bay — a villa that makes its impression not through scale or drama, but through the calm intelligence of its design.
The palette is resolved from the outset: crisp white throughout, lifted by azure and teal accents that echo the water without reproducing it. The effect is immediate — you step inside and the temperature, both literal and atmospheric, drops pleasingly.
The interiors are open and well-proportioned, with large windows that frame the surrounding tropical garden at every turn. Mature palms, vibrant flowering borders and dense green foliage press gently against the glass, so that even at rest indoors the natural world remains present. It is a house that knows where it is, and makes no attempt to forget it.
The Location
Leeward occupies a quietly privileged position on Providenciales — a residential neighbourhood with an unhurried character, set between Grace Bay Beach to the south and the Blue Haven Marina to the north. Turquoise Villa sits within this setting with genuine convenience: Grace Bay Beach is a short walk from the gate, and the reef and shallow turquoise shallows are accessible within minutes on foot or by paddleboard. Blue Haven Marina and Leeward Beach are both close at hand, offering excursions, dining and the particular pleasure of watching boats move in and out of the water at the end of the day. The villa is private without being remote — sheltered within its own mature grounds, yet connected to everything that makes this corner of Providenciales worth visiting.
The Bedrooms
Four en-suite bedrooms are arranged across two levels, accommodating up to eight guests with enough separation between floors to suit families travelling with children, or two couples who value their own space.
The upper level holds three bedrooms, one of which includes a king bed alongside two twin bunks — a practical and popular configuration for younger guests.
The ground floor bedroom offers a king bed with its own ensuite, functioning as a self-contained suite for guests who prefer a little more privacy from the rest of the house. Throughout, the rooms maintain the same calm register as the living spaces — white, cool and considered, with natural light handled well.
Bedroom by bedroom:
- Primary Suite — Upper floor, king-size bed. En-suite bathroom.
- Bedroom Two — Upper floor, king-size bed. En-suite bathroom.
- Bedroom Three — Upper floor, king-size bed with two twin bunk beds. En-suite bathroom.
- Bedroom Four — Ground floor, king-size bed. En-suite bathroom.
Indoors
The open-plan living and dining area forms the social heart of the villa, its wall of windows and terrace doors drawing the garden and pool terrace into the room visually while keeping the interior cool and shade-drenched. The kitchen is fully equipped for a working chef, with a breakfast bar that provides an easy gathering point at the start and end of the day. Air conditioning runs throughout. The overall flow between spaces is easy and unforced — the house invites you to move through it without thinking.
Outdoors
The pool terrace wraps around a heated pool and hot tub, with a mix of sun-exposed and shaded areas that allow the day to be calibrated to preference. The BBQ grill is positioned for easy use alongside the outdoor dining setup, and the firepit — ringed with comfortable seating — provides the natural endpoint for evenings: somewhere to gather as the temperature softens and the cocktails come out. The garden beyond is the villa’s quietest pleasure. Mature palms and scented tropical planting form a dense, private border on all sides, and the sense of seclusion within the grounds belies the villa’s proximity to the beach. Paddleboards and kayaks are provided for days spent on the water, and Grace Bay — and its reef — is only minutes away on foot.
Services
A private butler and concierge service are included throughout the stay, alongside daily housekeeping and VIP return airport transfers. A private chef is available to prepare meals at the villa, turning the outdoor terrace and evening firepit into something closer to a private restaurant. The service here is warm and attentive — present when needed, unobtrusive when not. For groups requiring additional space, Turquoise Villa can be combined with the nine-bedroom Salacia, situated directly opposite, to create a 13-bedroom combined retreat — an arrangement that suits larger families and extended group travel particularly well.
