The Bedrooms

With 9 en-suite bedrooms, the villa can accommodate large groups of up to 18 guests. Each bedroom has air conditioning, ceiling fans, en-suite bathrooms, walk-in wardrobes, and flat-screen TVs. The upper-level houses tastefully designed bedrooms, all capturing views of the manicured grounds. The primary suite has its private terrace overlooking the stunning garden and swimming pool below. It is elegant and private, with a beautiful 4-poster king-size bed alongside mahogany armoires and vanities.  The Ocean Suite and Monkey Suites have twin beds ideal for families with young children.   The Garden Suite is the only room that allows full access to the lawns and garden directly from the room itself, with beautiful doors opening onto the expansive poolside terrace. The open spaces and airy feel compliment this exceptional villa; every room has something beautiful.

Outdoors

The outdoor area of Aliseo is a haven of luxury and tranquillity. Sprawling terraces invite relaxation and provide ample space for lounging, while the private swimming pool offers a refreshing escape from the Caribbean sun. A plunge pool and hot tub add to the indulgence, while the deck area beckons guests to soak up the rays. The gazebo, surrounded by meticulously manicured gardens adorned with vibrant ginger lilies, banana and coconut palms, Neem trees, and violet bougainvillaea, creates a picturesque setting. Elevated and offering mesmerizing sea views, the gazebo becomes the perfect spot for guests to immerse themselves in the beauty and serenity of this exceptional property.

The Staff 

A full complement of staff is included; a cook, butler, and housekeeper are on-site to tend to your every need. The staff is dedicated to making your stay as comfortable and as carefree as possible, offering guests the services of a housekeeper, launderer, and a top-rated chef, who can prepare an intimate breakfast or an elaborate feast for up to 18 people,  a casual lunch by the pool, or a formal 3-course dinner.

Sandy Lane Private Estate

Guests have access through Sandy Lane Estate Beach Club. The Sandy Lane Estate showcases many stunning villas and some of the world’s most iconic addresses, set in majestic, private, and secure grounds. Year-round, residents and guests of the Sandy Lane Estate enjoy unlimited access to the exclusive Sandy Lane Estate Beach Club (separate from the hotel). The club includes a bar and kitchen, internet access, bathrooms with changing facilities and showers, plus private parking. In addition, the club provides beach facilities, including the use of sun loungers. Refreshments are available on the beach. The 9 and 18-hole golf courses, plus a clubhouse and tennis courts at the Sandy Lane Golf course, are available to guests at an extra charge.
