The Bedrooms

This luxurious vacation home features four spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, each adorned with a king-sized bed, ample closet space, private en-suite bathrooms, and terraces offering captivating ocean views. The original and contemporary decor in each room creates a cozy atmosphere, setting the stage for quiet and unforgettable moments with loved ones. One of the bedrooms is conveniently located on the primary level, adjacent to the living room, and is accessible for individuals with reduced mobility. The remaining three bedrooms are situated on the lower level, easily accessible from the garage.

Built on two levels, Villa Alpaka encompasses an open-plan living room on the primary level. This inviting space is adorned with modern paintings and tasteful decorative accents. The impressive ceiling design introduces a unique and original play of light, creating a distinctive ambiance. Furnished with comfortable sofas, armchairs, and a stylish coffee table, guests can relax in front of the panoramic view while appreciating the abstract artwork by Jean-François Lacalmontie. The pièce de résistance of Alpaka is its sumptuous infinity swimming pool, stretching over fifteen meters and seemingly merging with the turquoise-hued waters of the ocean. Additionally, a dining area is nestled amidst the verdant island vegetation, offering a picturesque spot for al fresco dining. Services

Guests benefit from dedicated concierge assistance available seven days a week, a personalized meet and greet at the island port or airport, and an escort to your villa. Upon arrival, guests have welcome amenities, personalized check-in and check-out, and daily maid service (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Additionally, we take care of pool maintenance and gardening and supply household linens, bath towels, and beach towels. Plus, you’ll receive preferential reservations at restaurants and assistance with booking excursions and activities.
