Additionally, the airport is conveniently situated just 12 minutes from the location. For dining options, restaurants are a short 5-minute drive, and grocery stores are within a 12-minute reach. Nearby, the pristine beaches of Lorient and Marigot are accessible, presenting inviting coastlines for relaxation and seaside activities.

The villa boasts four comfortable and air-conditioned bedrooms designed for comfort and privacy. The primary bedrooms offer king-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms. One leads to a private terrace with an ocean view, while the other opens onto the main terrace and the pool. The additional bedrooms feature a queen-sized bed and two twin beds with private ensuite baths.
