With 3,983 square feet (370 square meters) of interior living space, this beautiful residence provides a spacious and luxurious retreat. The living area is adorned with wood ceilings and features glass sliding doors that lead to the veranda, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor spaces. Throughout the villa, you’ll find elegant marble and marmoreno surfaces, adding a touch of refinement to the overall aesthetic.

The villa features two indulgent primary bedroom suites, each offering a serene sanctuary for ultimate tranquillity. Additionally, there is a guest cottage spanning 575 square feet (53.45 square meters), complete with a king-size bed, covered terraces, and enchanting sea views. The main villa houses three of the four bedrooms, while the separate cottage ensures added privacy for two guests, making it an ideal retreat for families or groups of friends.
