Travel to and from the airport is a mere 12 minutes, ensuring quick access. Within a 5-minute drive, guests can explore various dining options at nearby restaurants, while grocery stores for essentials are easily accessible within a 10-minute drive. Ideal for family holidays or groups of friends, Casa Minotto features four bedrooms situated in separate pavilions, ensuring maximum privacy. Each room boasts a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom adorned with natural tones, luxury accents, warm colour palettes, and optimal configurations. Notably, one of the bedrooms, slightly smaller in size, serves as an ideal space for teenagers or staff due to its compact layout and lower bathroom ceiling.

The villa’s spacious living room offers an ideal relaxing setting, featuring large, comfortable sofas around a square coffee table. The modern, well-equipped American-style kitchen overlooks tropical vegetation and connects seamlessly to a generous dining area accommodating ten guests. The decor exudes a tranquil and inviting ambience using natural materials like wood, stone, and linen. The living area seamlessly extends to a covered terrace, boasting a second dining table for ten and an outdoor lounge with cosy sofas and chairs. Under pergolas that filter sunshine, the space offers a soothing and intimate atmosphere.

Outdoors

The expansive terrace hosts an extra-large heated infinity pool with sun loungers under umbrellas on a beautiful wooden deck. Offering an awe-inspiring panorama of the Caribbean Sea, guests can unwind and appreciate the clear waters. An additional outdoor lounge area along the pool deck ensures a private and serene atmosphere for relaxation.

Services

Guests benefit from dedicated concierge assistance available seven days a week, a personalized meet and greet at the island port or airport, and an escort to your villa. Upon arrival, guests have welcome amenities, personalized check-in and check-out, and daily maid service (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Additionally, we take care of pool maintenance and gardening and supply household linens, bath towels, and beach towels. Plus, you’ll receive preferential reservations at restaurants and assistance with booking excursions and activities.
