The airport is easily accessible within an 8-minute drive, while various dining options are within a 5-minute radius. Additionally, grocery stores are conveniently located just 8 minutes away. Moreover, the villa’s proximity to the stunning Gouverneur and Shell beaches provides quick access to these picturesque coastal stretches, allowing guests to indulge in the sun, sand, and sea within a short distance from the property.

The Bedrooms

Villa Chloe comprises two air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms situated across two levels. The upper-level bedroom, accessed via outdoor stairs, features a king-size bed, while the second bedroom with a queen-size bed is conveniently located near the living area. Both bedrooms boast high vaulted ceilings, HDTVs, and comfortable armchairs, all set against magnificent ocean views. The refined and luminous decor sets an idyllic ambience, perfect for serene relaxation after exploring the island.

Spread across three levels and bungalows; Villa Chloe welcomes guests with large openings that unveil mesmerizing vistas of the ocean and the sailing yachts. The main level boasts a comfortably furnished living room with two sofas, while the kitchen and dining area offer wide windows providing fantastic ocean views. The decor, adorned with warm and elegant touches of wood, creates a private and inviting atmosphere that complements the villa’s ambience.

Outdoors

Villa Chloe’s terraces offer multiple relaxation areas across the property. The front terrace hosts an outdoor dining area, accommodating six guests, providing an ideal spot for delightful al fresco dinners overlooking the ocean. The lower level features a terrace surrounding a heated swimming pool with a built-in jacuzzi area, complemented by inviting deck chairs that invite guests to bask in the beauty of Caribbean nature. A higher third terrace on the property offers a modern outdoor lounge—an excellent spot for evening relaxation and cocktails. Additionally, a gazebo with a barbecue is available for further outdoor enjoyment.

Services

Guests benefit from dedicated concierge assistance available seven days a week, a personalized meet and greet at the island port or airport, and an escort to your villa. Upon arrival, guests have welcome amenities, personalized check-in and check-out, and daily maid service (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Additionally, we take care of pool maintenance and gardening and supply household linens, bath towels, and beach towels.
