The Bedrooms
The upstairs main bedroom has French doors that open onto an elevated spacious outside deck with breathtaking north and south panoramic views over the entire beach area. The second bedroom opens directly onto the covered terrace and the sun deck. Sunset Reach may be rented separately or with its sister villa Sunset Reach.
Rates
Easy Reach can be rented as either a 2 or 3 bedroom rental. Guests only pay for the bedrooms they book. Reduced rates are offered because unbooked rooms are not prepared or available for guest use.

Step beyond the inviting covered terrace, and you’ll discover a true oasis on the spacious wooden deck. This well-designed outdoor space offers a haven for relaxation and indulgence, where you can recline on comfortable sun loungers and immerse yourself in the mesmerizing beauty of the Caribbean Sea.
The deck provides an idyllic setting to bask in the gentle sea breeze and appreciate the breathtaking panoramic views that stretch as far as the eye can see. With the soundtrack of gentle waves lapping against the shore, you can easily lose yourself in the serene ambience of this enchanting destination.
The Location
Mullins Bay is positioned between the two main West Coast towns of Speightstown and Holetown. Both offer many choices for casual oceanfront dining and evenings in the town at the many bustling hot spots. Close by, you’ll find the Singita Wellness Centre, also located at Mullins Beach. A boutique wellness centre in a serene and beautiful setting. The spa includes a spacious air-conditioned studio offering Yoga, Pilates, Ballet Barre, Athletic Circuits, etc. In addition, the luxuriously appointed treatment rooms offer Massage, Reflexology, Facials, Manicures and Pedicures.
