The Villa

When you arrive at Emerald Pavilion, your gaze is drawn immediately to the broad infinity pool that appears to spill directly into the turquoise water beyond. Behind it, floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors dissolve the boundary between inside and out, framing an uninterrupted panorama of Grace Bay that shifts from pale jade to deep sapphire as the light changes through the day. Conceived by acclaimed designer Paul Duesing, who blends modern and natural materials with bespoke furnishings and vintage Balinese artwork, the result is a home of genuine presence — sleek without being cold, generous without being excessive, and in quiet conversation with the extraordinary setting it occupies.

The Location

Emerald Pavilion sits on the exclusive Emerald Point Peninsula in Leeward, on a full acre of prime beachfront along Grace Bay Beach. The position is rare: direct frontage on one of the world’s most consistently celebrated stretches of sand, with the open Atlantic beyond and a private dock for immediate access to the water. The best dining, watersports, and amenities on Providenciales are a short drive away, but very little will draw you far from the peninsula.

The Bedrooms

Seven ensuite bedrooms are distributed across the main house and a separate two-bedroom guest cottage, accommodating up to fourteen guests with room to breathe. On the upper floor, the West Suite and East Suite each offer a king bed, private Atlantic-facing terrace, and an ensuite with two separate vanity areas, a bathtub, and both indoor and outdoor showers. A third upstairs bedroom continues the ocean-view theme with a king bed, private terrace, and walk-in ocean-facing shower. On the ground floor, a fourth primary bedroom offers a king or twin configuration with direct access to the pool terrace and a double vanity ensuite. A fifth room — a bunk suite — sleeps up to five across two full-size twins and a king bed, with its own ensuite shower. The guest cottage provides two further king bedrooms, each with a well-appointed ensuite with shower and double vanity. All bedrooms are equipped with Apple TV, Netflix, the Coastal Source sound system, air conditioning, and ceiling fans.

Indoors

The main level opens across a generous, open-plan interior, with the Coastal Source audio system running throughout and a SONOS music system ensuring the villa is never without atmosphere. The air-conditioned dining area opens directly to a covered outdoor lounge, making the transition between the two feel effortless. For quieter moments, the media room — with surround sound and an 80-inch smart TV — offers its own retreat. A fully equipped chef’s kitchen and a separate family kitchen ensure the villa accommodates every style of stay, from a week of private chef dinners to easy, informal evenings at home. Electronic sunshade and mosquito screens, central air conditioning, and high-speed internet complete the interior provision.

Outdoors

The 4,200 square-foot beachfront pavilion is as composed as the interior. A heated 1,600 square-foot infinity-edge pool anchors the exterior, its still surface appearing to merge with the sea beyond. A jacuzzi overlooking the ocean, a sunken fire pit lounge with seating for twenty, shaded lounge areas, an outdoor kitchen and BBQ, and an outdoor bathroom are arranged around it with the same deliberateness as the rooms inside. A private dock and direct beach access mean the water is always within reach, with stand-up paddleboards, a kayak, and snorkelling gear on hand. Four bicycles, an on-site gym with Peloton, treadmill, stair master, and free weights, and two floodlit tennis and pickleball courts across the road ensure the more active are equally well served. An automated mosquito misting system keeps evenings on the terrace uninterrupted.

Services

Every stay at Emerald Pavilion includes a private chef, butler, housekeeper, groundsman, and concierge — all of whom may reside in the onsite staff cottage for around-the-clock support. A grocery shopping service is arranged ahead of arrival, and the villa is maintained to rigorous sanitation standards throughout. Night guard service is available on request. Every stay also includes a complimentary in-villa yoga session, and bespoke experiences — from private cooking classes to multi-day wellness retreats combining yoga, breathwork, meditation, and plant-based nutrition — can be arranged through your concierge.
