This luxury vacation villa can be rented separately, combined with The North Cottage, or both cottages can be rented together with the primary Footprints residence.

A few steps from the courtyard take you to the main living area decorated in contemporary style. Lots of white is used throughout, creating a relaxing effect. The kitchen is modern and cosy, with a breakfast bar, seating, and an island separating the living areas.

The Location

Alleyne’s Bay is less than a minute’s walk and is the perfect place to watch the sunset with a bottle of wine. Juma’s Beach Bar is on the beachfront and sits next to Lone Star Restaurant; both restaurants offer great food choices depending on your preference for a casual or fine dining experience. Less than 5 minutes away, visit Holetown to experience luxury shopping, fine dining restaurants, golf, and tennis, or let our Concierge Can team arrange all your on-island activities.

The Bedrooms

There are three bedrooms in The South Cottage. The primary suite has a king-sized bed with a working space, an ensuite bathroom, and courtyard and pool views. Tufted headboards, neutral tones, and fine finishes are a hallmark of the second and third bedrooms with a queen bed and en suite bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a view of the pool.

For larger groups, guests can rent Footprints Estate, a great option. Footprints can also be rented as a five-bedroom vacation rental option. We also offer to book Footprints North Cottage and Footprints South Cottage for a combined six-bedroom vacation rental.

Outdoors

Nestled within a lush courtyard, the infinity-edge pool takes centre stage, surrounded by verdant greenery and luxurious lounge furniture. It is a beautiful oasis, inviting guests to take a refreshing dip and soak up the tranquil ambience. Adjacent to the pool, a covered dining area beckons, providing a delightful setting for indulging in delicious meals.
