The main house and guest cottage cover over 6,000 square feet of living space, situated on one of the largest plots on the estate, spanning over 2 ½ acres. With sea views to the west and overlooking the famous Old Nine golf course to the south and east, this holiday home seamlessly blends colonial charm with modern finishes.

The Bedrooms

Halle Rose features six spacious and air-conditioned bedrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. The primary bedroom boasts sea views and a luxurious ensuite bathroom, while the remaining guest bedrooms also have ensuite facilities. The bedrooms are elegantly appointed, offering a serene retreat after a day of leisure or adventure.

Indoors

The entrance level of Halle Rose welcomes guests with an inviting reception room, tastefully furnished in classic colonial style. This area seamlessly transitions onto a terrace dining area overlooking the pool, expansive lawn, and gardens. An open corridor leads to the bedroom wings, with views to the west providing a picturesque backdrop. On the same level, guests will find a TV and family room for entertainment, a formal dining room and a fully equipped modern kitchen on the lower level. The kitchen has a unique dumbwaiter food delivery system that serves the dining room above.

Outdoors

The outdoor space at Halle Rose is equally impressive, featuring majestic gardens, ample privacy, and breathtaking sea views. A coral stone deck surrounds the pool, offering sun loungers and umbrellas for relaxation under the Caribbean sun. The expansive lawn and gardens provide plenty of space for outdoor activities and al fresco dining. Additionally, a two-bedroom guest cottage with living and office areas can be found on the lower level, offering additional accommodation options with its private entrance.

Sandy Lane Private Estate & Beach Club

The Sandy Lane Estate showcases many stunning villas and some of the world’s most iconic addresses, set on majestic, private, and secure grounds. Year-round, residents and guests of the Sandy Lane Estate enjoy unlimited access to the exclusive Sandy Lane Estate Beach Club (separate from the hotel). The club includes a bar and kitchen, internet access, bathrooms with changing facilities and showers, plus private parking. In addition, the club provides beach facilities, including sun loungers. Refreshments are available on the beach. The nine and 18-hole golf courses, plus a clubhouse and tennis courts at the Sandy Lane Golf course, are available to guests at an extra charge.
