As you enter Heronetta’s expansive grounds, the beautiful mahogany tree-lined driveway leads you to the main house. The villa is perfect for yoga and wellness retreats, with ample room for up to thirty people.

The main house has a beautiful courtyard area with a fishpond, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee before heading to the outside dining room to enjoy breakfast prepared by your private cook. Guests can also enjoy lounging in the open-plan living and formal dining area, which has large sliding doors to allow cool breezes and enjoy the views of the Caribbean Sea.

This wonderful estate-style home also offers a private swimming pool, tennis court with lights for night tennis, and a separate dining gazebo perfect for enjoying dinner al fresco.

The Bedrooms

Heronetta showcases five spacious double bedrooms, each with air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom. The main house accommodates two bedrooms, while the remaining three are nestled within charming self-contained cottages scattered throughout the picturesque gardens. Every room, including the cottages, offers wireless internet access, ensuring seamless connectivity for guests. The primary suite boasts a luxurious king bed, while the second and third bedrooms feature twin beds that can be conveniently converted into kings. The cottages offer queen beds, providing comfortable and versatile sleeping arrangements for a memorable stay.

The Sandy Lane Estate showcases many stunning villas and some of the world’s most iconic addresses on majestic, private, secure grounds. Year-round, residents and guests of the Sandy Lane Estate enjoy unlimited access to the exclusive Sandy Lane Estate Beach Club (separate from the hotel). The club includes a bar and kitchen, internet access, bathrooms with changing facilities and showers, plus private parking. In addition, the club provides beach facilities, including the use of sun loungers. Refreshments are available on the beach. The nine and 18-hole golf courses, plus a clubhouse and tennis courts at the Sandy Lane Golf course, are available to guests at an extra charge.
