The Location

The villa is located in the exclusive area of Terres Basses on the French side of St. Martin, a region well known for its natural beauty and calm atmosphere. Despite its private setting, La Niña is conveniently close to many of the island’s attractions and essential amenities.

Within a short drive are some of the island’s most beautiful beaches, including Long Bay and Plum Bay, both known for their soft sand and gentle waters. Baie Nettle, with its variety of beachfront restaurants, is just five minutes away, while the charming French capital of Marigot can be reached in about ten minutes.
