The Bedrooms

The three-story Main House offers eight bedrooms with full ensuites, central AC and large walk-in closets. A few main suite options include separate living areas, secluded patios, sunlit soaking tubs, and other peace-inducing amenities.

On the other side of the Estate, a separate Guest House offers another four ensuite bedrooms. It includes indoor-outdoor dining and living areas, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a tucked-away office for those who need to get work done.

Between the Main House and Guest Cottage are expansive Asian-inspired gardens, koi ponds, and weaving walking paths brimmed with lush, exotic plants and towering palms. These lead you to the property’s Great House.

Outdoors

As you step into the Main House, you will be greeted by the magnificent outdoor pavilion, the crown jewel of the estate. Here, you can envision yourself reclining by the sparkling pool, sipping on refreshing cocktails, while immersing in the ultimate open-air entertainment experience with a state-of-the-art big screen. Sandy Lane Private Estate & Beach Club

The Sandy Lane Estate showcases many stunning luxury villas and some of the world’s most iconic addresses, set on majestic, private, and secure grounds. Year-round, residents and guests of the Sandy Lane Estate enjoy unlimited access to the exclusive Sandy Lane Estate Beach Club (this is separate from the hotel). The club includes a bar and kitchen, internet access, bathrooms with changing facilities and showers, plus private parking. In addition, the club provides beach facilities, including the use of sun loungers. Refreshments are available on the beach. The nine and 18-hole golf courses, plus a clubhouse and tennis courts at the Sandy Lane Golf course, are available to guests at an extra charge.
