The Location

Milestone sits on the Grace Bay coastline of Providenciales, with direct beach access and unobscured views of the ocean from almost every point on the property. The gated, landscaped grounds — lit at night, including along the beach itself — create a sense of seclusion and arrival that larger resort properties simply cannot replicate. Grace Bay’s best dining, watersports, and amenities are a short drive away, but the estate is complete enough that leaving is rarely a priority.

The Bedrooms

Eight ensuite bedrooms are distributed across the main house and a separate guest house, accommodating groups of varying configurations with ease. On the ground floor of the main house, the West and East primary bedrooms each offer a king bed, ensuite bathroom, ocean and pool views, ceiling fan, and direct access to the outdoor living areas. A third ground-floor bedroom offers twin beds convertible to a king, with its own ensuite and garden outlook. On the first floor, two further primary bedrooms — West and East — both offer king beds, ensuite bathrooms, ceiling fans, and ocean or ocean and pool views, while a sixth bedroom offers a king bed with garden views and an ensuite. The detached guest house provides two additional bedrooms, one with a twin or king configuration and garden views, and one with a king bed overlooking the garden and pickleball court. All bedrooms are equipped with a television and a closet with safe.

Indoors

The main house is arranged across two floors, with a spacious ground-floor living room anchored by an 85-inch television and a separate upper-level casual lounge with its own oceanfront outlook — a natural gathering point at the end of the day. A chef’s kitchen and a separate guest kitchen ensure the villa is equally suited to a fully staffed stay or a more self-directed one, and a 13-foot dining table provides the setting for unhurried group meals. A dedicated office with desktop computers, a full gym with Peloton bike and treadmill, and a spa room with massage facilities and a full bathroom round out the interior offering. High-speed Wi-Fi and a SONOS sound system run throughout the property, indoors and out.

Outdoors

The exterior of Milestone is where the property’s resort-like character is most apparent. The heated 50-foot pool — updated with Baja shelves and an integrated spa — sits at the centre of the grounds, with lawn areas adjacent and beach lights extending the evening well past sunset. Two oceanfront pavilions provide dedicated spaces for al fresco dining and lounging, with an outdoor bar and television for more casual evenings. A fire pit deck is positioned perfectly for watching the sun go down over the water. For those drawn to the beach, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, snorkelling gear, and bicycles are available from the property. A regulation-size lighted pickleball court, a mosquito misting system, and a fully gated perimeter with landscape lighting throughout complete an outdoor offering that leaves very little to wish for.
