The Location

Queen’s Fort occupies a quietly prestigious position on the St. James coast, sheltered enough to feel entirely private, connected enough to matter. A scenic beach path from the property leads to two separate access points — the beaches of Queen’s Fort and Old Queens Fort — where the water is calm, protected, and well-suited to swimming at almost any hour. The vibrant restaurants and amenities of Holetown are a short drive away, though the villa is designed, in every particular, to make that journey feel optional.

The Bedrooms

Five ensuite bedrooms are arranged across the villa, sleeping up to ten guests with space between each. The primary suite occupies the ground floor, with garden views, French doors opening to the grounds, a walk-in shower, twin vanity, and countertop basin. Bedroom two offers a king bed with a shower bath, twin basin, and bidet. Bedroom three offers twin beds convertible to a king, with a walk-in shower and countertop basin. Bedroom four is another king room with shower bath and countertop basin. The fifth bedroom, also ensuite, offers twin beds convertible to a king with a walk-in shower. All bedrooms are air-conditioned with ceiling fans throughout.

The interior of Queen’s Fort Pavilion is arranged for ease of living and natural sociability. The reception and dining space flows without interruption to the covered outdoor terrace, so the distinction between inside and out is one of preference rather than architecture. An air-conditioned media room offers a dedicated retreat for quieter evenings.
