The Condo
There are three spacious en suite bedrooms, including a master suite with a private patio. The apartment is well-equipped with all the modern conveniences and luxuries you would expect in one of the most spectacular properties in Barbados, including a large Jacuzzi, rain-effect shower, and a private plunge pool on the covered terrace. In addition, the apartment is fully air-conditioned and has ceiling fans throughout.
The Location
Old Trees is on Paynes Bay beach; the flat, calm waters are perfect for swimming with turtles, snorkeling, and paddleboarding. The Sandy Lane Hotel & Beach is just a short stroll away. The West Coast’s best dining, nightlife, and shopping are just a short drive away; Old Trees is ideally located for a truly memorable holiday.
The Bedrooms
The home’s 3 bedrooms can easily sleep up to 6 guests, and children are welcome here. Each bedroom has a private en-suite bathroom, and the master boasts a king-size bed and views of the ocean.

Located within the Old Trees community, amenities include a free-form swimming pool, lush tropical gardens, and access to the impeccable Paynes Bay Beach, complete with sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach butler service.
The Staff
Old trees have a 24-hour security guard. A cook works 6 days per week and prepares 3 meals a day. The condo manager is onsite and is available on demand. A communal butler takes care of guests’ needs, beach and poolside, and the housekeeper works 6 days per week.
