The Villa

The Location

Turtle Tail occupies a quieter, more private stretch of Providenciales’ south shore, where beachfront properties are fewer and the sense of seclusion is genuine. The flamingo lake that borders the property adds an unexpected layer of natural beauty — pink against green against blue — while the beach itself offers calm, clear water without the foot traffic of the north shore. The best restaurants and amenities of Grace Bay are a short drive away, though Solara is designed, in every particular, to feel unnecessary.

The Bedrooms

Seven ensuite bedrooms are arranged across the main house and a fully detached two-bedroom guest house, sleeping up to fourteen with generous space between each party. On the upper floor of the main house, three primary suites each offer a king bed, a private ocean-facing balcony, and an ensuite bathroom — two of which include deep soaker tubs. A fourth bedroom on the same floor overlooks the garden, with two twin beds convertible to a king, a balcony, and its own ensuite. On the ground floor, a fifth bedroom faces the flamingo lake, with twin beds convertible to a king and direct balcony access to the garden beyond. The detached guest house — Solara II — provides two further bedrooms, each with twins convertible to a king: one with flamingo lake views and an indoor and outdoor shower, one with an ocean outlook. All bedrooms feature dropdown televisions, closets with in-room safes, ceiling fans, and air conditioning throughout.

Indoors

The main house interior is oriented entirely around the view — open-plan, light-filled, and arranged so that the sea is never far from sight. The professional kitchen is equipped for private chef dinners as naturally as it is for informal family meals, and the Sonos music system ensures that the villa is never without atmosphere. Powered drapes in the primary suites respond to the quality of the light; the elevator serves all floors with quiet efficiency. High-speed internet and a comprehensive security system — gated entry and alarm — complete the picture of a property that has thought carefully about what ease of living actually requires.

Outdoors

The exterior at Solara is as considered as the rooms within.
