How to Get To Mustique

Charter Flights

The Mustique Company has regularly scheduled charters from St Lucia and Barbados to connect with international flight schedules. Just 25 minutes from St Lucia and 50 minutes from Barbados, the 18-seater Twin Otter aircraft provides guests with stunning views of the Grenadine archipelago. You can check flights on Mustique Air.

From St. Lucia

Saint Lucia International Airport is a 25-minute flight to Mustique onboard one of the island’s privately owned and operated Twin Otter aircraft. Management will arrange flights for this part of your trip once your Villa has been booked.

From Barbados

Golf

Just a ten-minute scenic flight from Mustique to the neighbouring island of Canouan brings you to one of the finest golf courses in the Caribbean.  The Caribbean’s most exciting and challenging course was named in the Top 10 of  The Best Golf Courses globally.

The exhilarating and challenging Jim Fazio designed an 18-hole championship golf course set on dramatic sloping hills and along the ocean edge. Every world-class golfer’s dream is a hundred and fifty undulating acres of dramatic hills and seashore, with breathtaking sea views from every angle.

Holes 12, 13, 14 and 15 are undoubtedly the most scenic holes on the course and the most challenging. 

They sit on the top of the ridge and have a spectacular view of the neighbouring islands. Hole 16 features one of the longest par 3 in the world at 305 yards. The breeze at the top of the ridge adds to the challenge but makes these holes the most sensational.

The Verandah Restaurant

The Veranda restaurant is the perfect setting for relaxed hospitality, where guests can enjoy a leisurely breakfast and an open bar for drinks and refreshments throughout the day. The evening transforms into a fabulous setting with small, intimate tables or settings for larger private parties.

The Beach Cafe

For those seeking something less formal, the Beach Café on Endeavour Bay is a relaxed restaurant and beach bar, perfect for meeting up with friends in the morning and for long leisurely lunches under the shade of palm trees. The Beach Cafe recently extended to include a separate bar for evening cocktails at sundown, and a dedicated Ice Cream Parlour, serving a delicious range of fresh smoothies.

Basils Bar

Basil’s Bar is legendary. It has been the cultural heartbeat of Mustique for nearly fifty years, where generations of homeowners, guests, fishermen, and pirates come to let their hair down.  Whoever you are, Basil’s welcomes you with open arms for a delicious lunch overlooking the sea, a beer at the bar as the sun sets or a cocktail in between dances at Jump Up.

The Great Room Bar

Guests can enjoy a cocktail or two after dinner at The Great Room Bar, which with its cooling fans and West Indian artefacts, is elegantly decorated in Messel’s signature style. Renowned for its extensive cocktail menu and legendary collection of vintage rum, it has been the backdrop for many memorable parties. In addition, the weekly Mustique Company cocktail party is held here every Tuesday, allowing guests to mingle with resident homeowners and catch up on island news.

The Wellness Centre, located at The Cotton House in Endeavour Bay, can choose from classes and treatments. The hotel’s organic natural spa offers a range of bespoke luxurious treatments and massages designed by Bamford. In addition, professional yoga instructors and personal fitness trainers run a wide range of classes at The Cotton House, from yoga and meditation to personal training and pilates. The hotel gym, located beneath the Spa, is fully equipped.

Mustique offers some of the best scuba diving in the Grenadines. With a dedicated team of professional PADI instructors and divemasters.

Equestrian

Snorkelling

Take a short boat excursion and experience world-class snorkelling in the uninhabited islands of Tobago Cays, located in the Grenadines archipelago. A group of 5 islets sheltered by a horseshoe-shaped coral reef. They are protected by a Marine Park with white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters, making them one of the best snorkelling and SCUBA spots. They are primarily known as a spot to see the green sea turtles that gather in large numbers just under the water’s surface.
