The Location
Set in a peaceful and secluded valley, Can Pedra Blanca enjoys spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and countryside. Just a 7-minute drive from the charming old town of Pollensa, guests can enjoy easy access to local restaurants, shops, and historic sights, while being surrounded by nature. The villa sits at the upper edge of the UNESCO-listed Tramuntana mountain range, offering countless opportunities for hiking and exploring. Notable trails include Puig Tomir and Curculla de Fartàritx.
For beach lovers, the golden sands of Cala Sant Vicenç and Puerto Pollensa are within a 15–20 minute drive. Golfers will appreciate the proximity to Pollensa Golf Club (11 km) and Alcanada Golf Club (23 km).
The Bedrooms
Can Pedra Blanca can accommodate up to 12 guests across seven bedrooms. In the main house, there are six bedrooms—two doubles and four twins—served by six bathrooms (three en suite). Three bathrooms feature showers, while the other three have bathtubs with shower attachments. One of the twin rooms can be converted into a 160x200cm double bed on request, and a children’s bedroom includes a pull-out bed for added flexibility. Each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer.
The separate guest house provides extra privacy and space, with a double bedroom, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and indoor dining area. With air conditioning and heating, it’s comfortable year-round and has its own terrace with lovely views.
Indoors
Inside, the villa is a mix of original character and modern updates. Terracotta-tiled floors, traditional wooden beams, and antique Mallorcan furniture sit alongside colourful artwork, whitewashed walls, and updated lighting. A large cinema room with a projector screen offers entertainment for all ages, while portable Sonos speakers are available for music lovers.
The kitchen has been fully renovated and is exceptionally well equipped for group dining. It includes two ovens (one combi microwave, one steam), two dishwashers, a fridge with ice maker, and an additional fridge/freezer. An indoor dining area comfortably seats 10 people. The layout is open and social, perfect for family meals or dinner with friends.
For winter rentals, the villa offers reversible hot/cold air conditioning, a pellet burner with dual vents in the cinema room, a wood-burning stove in the main living space, and two portable oil heaters. A supply of firewood can be provided, with more available locally.
Outdoors
Can Pedra Blanca sits on beautifully maintained grounds filled with mature trees, colourful bougainvillea, and scenic mountain views. The saltwater swimming pool features a unique oval shape and is surrounded by sun loungers and shaded seating. A pool fence is available on request for families with young children, and a Jacuzzi adds an extra touch of luxury.
There are two outdoor dining areas, both seating 12 guests—one just off the kitchen and the other poolside. A fully equipped outdoor kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, steam oven, and a choice of a built-in or gas barbecue. It’s ideal for relaxed meals under the stars.
Ample parking is available directly in front of the house and at two designated areas below the property. One is covered with electric points, and the other is a large open space at the villa’s entrance.
