The Location
Situated on a gentle slope with views overlooking the sea, Villa Llevant enjoys a peaceful yet convenient location in Puerto Pollensa. Villa Llevant accommodates up to 12 guests across a thoughtful bedroom layout spread over the three floors.
The entrance level, which is the top floor of the property due to its hillside position, features a spacious double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe. This room also opens onto a large terrace with views across the bay.
On the second level, you’ll find the primary suite, complete with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and access to its own terrace. This floor also houses a versatile double bedroom with an en-suite and the option to convert the bed into two singles, along with an additional single bed—ideal for a child. A twin bedroom with en-suite and a dorm room featuring three bunk beds offer further flexible sleeping arrangements, especially for larger families or children.
In addition, there is a separate bunk room located by the bike store, making it a useful extra space for cycling enthusiasts or active guests.
Indoors
The interior spaces of Villa Llevant have been carefully designed for both relaxation and socialising. The ground floor houses a spacious open-plan living and dining area, where floor-to-ceiling glass doors open directly onto a wide, covered terrace. It’s an ideal spot for winding down after a day at the beach or enjoying time with friends and family.
