The Location
Perched in Bequia Island’s central Cloud 9, Moringa offers sweeping panoramic views that stretch across to Mustique and the Southern Grenadine island chain, and the vast expanse of the ocean. Its prime location ensures convenience, with a quick 5-10 minute drive to access the array of beaches, restaurants, and shops scattered around. This central positioning allows guests to effortlessly explore and indulge in the island’s offerings while reveling in the tranquility of Moringa’s serene surroundings.
The Bedrooms
The main accommodation level features three air-conditioned king bedroom suites, each with ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, dressing area, and a single child’s bed perfect for families. On the Garden level below, two additional king ensuite bedrooms provide equally spectacular ocean views. Two bedrooms can convert to twin beds. All bedrooms are equipped with personal safes large enough for laptops, access to covered terraces with extensive views, and dressing gowns.

The villa’s main section is thoughtfully designed across one level, ensuring effortless living. It comprises a spacious living/kitchen area with high lofted ceilings, an air-conditioned media room with entertainment amenities, guest cloakroom, and utility room. Below, an expansive games room with kitchen/bar, sitting and dining area makes for very easy living. Offering four separate dining areas — pool, front terrace, courtyard, and living/dining room — guests can choose their preferred setting. A hi-tech security system ensures complete peace of mind, while Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
Outdoors
Moringa’s outdoor space features a generously sized 34-foot infinity pool surrounded by an expansive pool deck offering stunning views, with a full kitchenette, gas BBQ unit, and separate washroom perfect for entertaining. The meticulously cared-for gardens feature seasonal Papaya trees and an abundance of the magical Moringa trees that give the villa its name. A large lawned area in front of the house is ideal for older children to enjoy games and kite-flying.

The house is equipped with ping pong and football tables, bridge and backgammon, a massage table, Bose sound system, and large TV with DVD player in the media room. All bedrooms feature air-conditioning and ceiling fans.
