The Villa

Cal Mirador Sol is a beautifully restored six-bedroom holiday villa designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Everything in the villa is arranged on one single level, making it ideal for families and guests looking for step-free access. The interiors blend rustic charm with modern style, featuring high-quality furnishings, thoughtful lighting, and stylish décor. With its open-plan layout, spacious rooms, and tasteful design touches throughout, Cal Mirador Sol offers a relaxed and welcoming setting for up to 12 guests.

The villa includes air conditioning throughout, fast fibre optic internet, and two 55-inch flat screen TVs—one in the main house and another in the guest casita—providing entertainment and comfort during your stay. Sliding patio doors allow for an abundance of natural Mediterranean light to fill the space, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere.

The Location

Cal Mirador Sol is set in the scenic countryside between the charming old town of Pollensa and the beautiful coastal area of Port de Pollensa. This location allows guests to enjoy both the peaceful rural setting and the convenience of being just a short drive from the beach, local shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions. The Tramuntana mountains provide a striking backdrop, while the tranquil countryside surroundings ensure a restful holiday environment.

Pollensa is known for its historic character and lively town square, while Port de Pollensa offers beachside dining, watersports, and a laid-back coastal vibe—giving you the best of both worlds during your stay.

The Bedrooms

The main house of Cal Mirador Sol features four bedrooms: three doubles and one twin. Several of the five bathrooms include walk-in showers, and all rooms are furnished to a high standard with bed linen and towels provided.

In addition to the main house, a separate two-bedroom casita offers extra accommodation. This smaller house includes one double and one twin bedroom, sharing a bathroom. Please note that the twin bedroom does not have direct indoor access to the bathroom and requires access either through the double bedroom or from outside. The casita is ideal for a couple with children or as a quiet retreat for guests looking for a little more privacy.

Indoors

Inside the main house, the open-plan living and dining area is at the heart of the home. Large, comfortable sofas with plenty of cushions offer a great place to relax, while the layout makes the most of the natural light and outdoor views. The space flows easily into the dining area, creating a sociable environment perfect for family gatherings or casual meals.

The main kitchen is a standout feature, designed by Italian brand Bontempi. It boasts sleek stainless steel and chrome finishes, high-end appliances, and everything needed for preparing anything from a quick snack to a full family dinner.

There is also a separate TV lounge, a games space, and a dedicated chill-out area in the casita—giving everyone room to relax in their own way.

Outdoors

The outdoor areas of Cal Mirador Sol are just as inviting as the interiors. A large, landscaped garden surrounds the villa, with mature trees, an automatic irrigation system, and shaded spots to relax. There are various terraces including a west-facing breakfast terrace and a covered terrace with outdoor dining furniture.

The rectangular swimming pool (approximately 12m x 6m, depth 1.8m) is perfect for cooling off during the day and is beautifully illuminated at night. The views of the Tramuntana mountains make it an ideal setting for evening swims or sunset lounging.

Families will appreciate the dedicated play area with swings and a ping-pong table, offering fun for children while adults unwind. There’s also a covered barbecue area perfect for al fresco dining, and plenty of parking space for multiple vehicles.
