The Villa

Can Verd is a beautifully refurbished country finca with a private heated swimming pool offering stunning views of the Tramuntana Mountains. Ideally situated just minutes from the charming old town of Pollensa in northern Mallorca, this villa provides a peaceful retreat while being close to local amenities. The property consists of a main house, designed to take full advantage of the spectacular southwest-facing views across the Vall d’en Colonya valley, and a separate guest house.

The Location

Can Verd enjoys a prime location in the Pollensa countryside, just a short drive from the historic old town. Pollensa offers a wide range of restaurants, cafés, and local markets, perfect for exploring the island’s culture and cuisine. The villa is within walking distance of the five-star Relais & Châteaux Son Brull Hotel, home to the renowned 3\65 Restaurant, a bistro bar, and excellent wellness and sports facilities, including a spa and tennis courts.

For golf enthusiasts, the Golf Pollensa course is just over a kilometer away, featuring a scenic 9-hole course with breathtaking views of the countryside and Pollensa Bay. While a car is recommended for getting around, there are picturesque walking routes nearby, and Pollensa can be reached on foot in about 50 minutes (just over 4km).

The Bedrooms

The main house of Can Verd accommodates up to eight guests in four elegantly furnished bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, providing convenient access to the outdoor terrace. A staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find two additional double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, along with three bathrooms, two of which are en-suite.

The guest house offers an extra level of privacy with its own double bedroom, bathroom, and a small kitchenette, including a fridge. This is an ideal space for guests seeking a more secluded area within the property.

Indoors

Can Verd combines rustic charm with modern comfort, maintaining many original features such as wooden beams and archways while incorporating contemporary design elements. White walls and neutral tones enhance the sense of space and light throughout.

The main house underwent a complete refurbishment in 2019, including brand-new bathrooms with underfloor heating, a redesigned garden, and a new kitchen. The open-plan ground floor features a spacious living area, an additional seating space, and a dining area that flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen. This layout ensures ease of movement and accessibility to the outdoor terraces. A separate laundry room is also available.

The villa is equipped with modern technology for entertainment and convenience. Every bedroom, as well as the living room and guest house, is fitted with a Smart TV with Netflix. Additional features include Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout (including the kitchen), a PlayStation, SKY TV, and a high-quality speaker system for music lovers.

Outdoors

The exterior of Can Verd showcases traditional Mallorcan architecture with a beautiful stone façade and white shutters. The property sits on an expansive private plot with well-maintained gardens and stunning countryside views.

The uniquely shaped swimming pool is the centerpiece of the outdoor space and is surrounded by a stone terrace with sun loungers. The pool can be heated for an additional weekly charge, and a pool fence is available for families with young children.

Multiple seating areas are available for outdoor dining and relaxation, including a covered terrace with a dining space and a fully equipped barbecue area. High-quality exterior furniture ensures maximum comfort, whether you’re dining al fresco or simply unwinding with a view of the mountains.
