The Location

Finca Sa Murta is located just outside the town of Alaró, one of Mallorca’s most charming and traditional villages. Alaró is known for its relaxed pace of life, narrow stone streets and a lovely selection of cafés and restaurants. The villa’s location offers the best of both worlds: complete privacy and seclusion, yet easy access to the village, which is just a five-minute drive away. For those wishing to explore more of the island, Palma is only about 30 minutes away by car, offering shopping, dining and cultural experiences. The setting also provides incredible views of the surrounding countryside and mountains, making it perfect for guests who appreciate nature and quiet surroundings.

The Bedrooms

The main house includes six bedrooms, thoughtfully arranged to give families or groups flexibility and privacy. On the ground floor, there are four twin bedrooms and three bathrooms, all tastefully decorated and comfortable. The primary bedroom is on the upper floor and includes an en-suite bathroom, a dressing area, and an office space. It’s a spacious and peaceful place to retreat at the end of the day. An additional section of the house, with its own entrance, contains a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom, and a large living space with table tennis—ideal for teens or guests who prefer a bit more independence. In addition, there is a separate guest house located just behind the main home. It features a double bedroom, a mezzanine sleeping area, a bathroom, and a cosy living space—perfect for couples or small families.

Indoors

The interiors of Finca Sa Murta have been carefully designed to reflect the beauty and tradition of a Mallorcan country home while incorporating modern amenities. There are several living areas, including a formal sitting room, a TV lounge, and a games room with a pool table.
