The Villa

Can Llevante is a beautifully renovated Mallorcan country finca, combining traditional charm with modern comfort. Surrounded by nature and set in a peaceful location, this spacious property accommodates up to 10 guests, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The finca features five well-appointed bedrooms and five bathrooms, along with a generous 11m x 5m swimming pool that can be heated upon request for an additional weekly fee.

The Location

Can Llevante is located in the peaceful countryside of the Ternelles Valley on the outskirts of Pollensa. The old town centre is just 1.3 km away – a 20-minute walk through scenic rural paths, past the historic Pont Roma and into the quiet cobbled streets of town.

The property is perfectly placed for exploring the north of the island. In just 10 minutes by car, you can reach the golden beaches of Cala San Vicente or Puerto Pollensa, and the breathtaking coastal route of Cap Formentor is also nearby. For outdoor enthusiasts, the Tramuntana Mountains offer fantastic hiking and cycling routes. Golf lovers will appreciate the proximity to Pollensa Golf (9-hole course) and the renowned Alcanada Golf Club, just 15 minutes away.

Pollensa itself is full of charm, with a lively main square, a wide range of restaurants and cafés, artisan shops, historical landmarks, and vibrant weekly markets. The nearby port area, Puerto Pollensa, features a lovely promenade, sandy beaches, and a marina, as well as many dining options with sea views.

The Bedrooms

Can Llevante offers five bedrooms, all beautifully furnished and designed for comfort. On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, both en suite. Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms—two doubles and one twin—each with fitted wardrobes and scenic views over the landscape. Two of the upstairs bathrooms are en suite, and all rooms are finished to a high standard with tasteful decoration and quality linens.

The house benefits from air conditioning throughout and central gas-oil heating, making it a comfortable choice all year round.

Indoors

The interiors of Can Llevante are warm, welcoming, and exceptionally well equipped. As you enter through the traditional arched doorway, you step into a large living room that overlooks the garden. It features plenty of plush sofas, a fireplace for cooler months, a flat-screen TV, and a cosy library corner.

The heart of the home is the spacious kitchen-dining room. Equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, it includes a professional gas hob, a large oven, an American-style fridge-freezer with an ice machine, and all the essentials such as a microwave, coffee machine, and dishwasher. A dining table for shared meals and a breakfast bar for more casual mornings exist.

On the ground floor, you’ll also find a separate TV room perfect for children, a laundry room, and additional storage space.

Outdoors

The outdoor spaces at Can Llevante are a real highlight. A large, covered terrace houses a traditional Mallorcan barbecue and clay oven with a long table that comfortably seats guests—perfect for long, leisurely meals outside.

A spacious terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas surrounds the private pool. The pool can be heated and covered with a solar blanket, and for families with young children, it can be fenced upon request for a small fee.

The estate spans over 16,000 square metres and includes beautifully landscaped gardens, an olive grove with 180 organically grown trees, and a citrus orchard where guests can pick fruit. Behind the property, the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains provide a dramatic natural backdrop.
