The Bedrooms

Villa Eva features five air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and a king-size bed. The primary three bedrooms on the main level open onto the terrace, allowing guests to bask in the property’s natural beauty. The remaining two bedrooms, situated on the upper level and accessible via a staircase, offer a breathtaking view of the ocean and the idyllic environment of St. Barth. With vaulted ceilings, soft fabrics, ample closet space, and tasteful colours, these private bedrooms provide a comfortable retreat after exploring the island’s treasures.

Indoors

Villa Eva is a true gem overlooking the ocean, built over two levels. The air-conditioned living room, open onto the terrace, welcomes guests with comfortable sofas and an HDTV with Dish Network, ensuring a cosy indoor space. The interior exudes warmth and relaxation with bright hints, creating an inviting atmosphere. The well-equipped kitchen allows for the preparation of meals and cocktails, perfect for enjoying on the terrace or in the refined lounge. Lush vegetation peeking through the openings adds an elegant touch, making Villa Eva an ideal place to savour the mildness of St-Barth.

Outdoors

At the front of Villa Eva, the terrace unveils a magnificent panorama featuring sparkling waters and the Bonhomme islets on the horizon. The heated infinity swimming pool, surrounded by loungers and umbrellas, reflects the island’s glow in the gentle trade winds. A manicured lawn extends romantic freshness to the wooden deck. Under the covered part of the terrace, a dining area accommodating up to ten guests is complemented by an outdoor living space with comfy sofas, providing a fantastic ocean view. A grey stone-covered wall further enhances the outdoor ambience, introducing a fine mineral touch to the space where guests can relish the mild air.

Services

Guests benefit from dedicated concierge assistance available seven days a week, a personalized meet and greet at the island port or airport, and an escort to your villa. Upon arrival, guests have welcome amenities, personalized check-in and check-out, and daily maid service (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Additionally, we take care of pool maintenance and gardening and supply household linens, bath towels, and beach towels. Plus, you’ll receive preferential reservations at restaurants and assistance with booking excursions and activities.
