The Location

Finca Cala Brisa is located in a prime position between the historic town of Pollensa and the beautiful bay of Pollensa. This setting offers the best of both worlds—peaceful countryside surroundings and easy access to the beaches, shops, and restaurants of the nearby towns. Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente are just a short drive away, perfect for beach days and watersports. For those who enjoy being active, the area offers golf, hiking, cycling, horse-riding, and a wide variety of water-based activities like sailing, kayaking, diving, and windsurfing. Despite the villa’s secluded feel, everything you need is within a 5–10 minute drive, from charming local towns to lively coastal resorts.

The Bedrooms

The villa features four spacious and comfortable double bedrooms, two on the ground floor and two on the upper level. All bedrooms are generously sized and come with air conditioning. The primary suite, located upstairs, includes a private terrace with beautiful views, as well as a dressing room and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. Each of the villa’s four bathrooms has been thoughtfully designed with high-quality fixtures and finishes, offering guests both comfort and privacy. Indoors

The ground floor has an open-plan layout that connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas into a single large, welcoming space. This opens directly onto the terraces, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living. The design blends traditional Mallorcan elements with contemporary style, and the furnishings have been carefully selected for both elegance and comfort. A key feature of the villa is the spacious basement games room, filled with a wide variety of toys and activities suitable for children of all ages.
