The Location

This Lower Bay villa is on a clifftop, a position that captures the best possible views over Admiralty Bay, the harbour and the beaches below. The Bedrooms

Staff

Housekeeping twice weekly is included in the rate, and the outstanding house managers will greet you on arrival and be available for you during your stay.  The gardener attends a few days weekly, maintaining the villa’s beautiful tropical gardens.  Should you prefer to have an in-house chef, this can be arranged.

Optional chef services. Tipping: 5-10% is much appreciated. Our team recommend that tips to the house staff are spread out during the guest’s stay, setting a positive atmosphere at the property and reassuring staff that their service is appreciated.
